With the help of José Pastor, we partnered with AT Roca to bring you this hand-harvested, clean fermented rosé we want to drink all day. It’s bright and expressive with notes of ripe strawberry, creamy mousse, and crisp minerality.

Thrilled to continue our guest chef dinner series with @dibartolo of @bartolonyc . We’ve teamed up with our West Village neighbors to create a menu that celebrates both chefs’ backgrounds and highlights their favorite Thai and Spanish ingredients.
Think carabineros with tom yum bomba rice, Spanish tortilla with jamón and massaman curry, dry-aged steak with piquillo peppers and Thai herb salad, flan with mango sticky rice, and more.
