ANNOUNCING DLWP X FLATLAND CURATORIAL FELLOWSHIP We are pleased to announce HARRY LEEK as the second recipient of DLWP X FLATLAND Curatorial Fellowship. Harry Leek is an arts worker with a specialism in artist support and studio practice. He is currently Residency Producer at Somerset House Studios, where he delivers the artist residencies and development programmes. Coming from a less traditional academic background, Harry is interested in alternative curatorial models and approaches, and is curious about the systems in which art is produced, and how we may shift focus from final outcomes and bolster the processes around how work is made. The six-month Curatorial Fellowship comes at a pivotal moment in Harry’s practice, bringing his work to a new context within the Bexhill area. During the fellowship, he plans to deepen his curatorial experience whilst connecting with local networks, initiatives, and artists. Congratulations to Harry – we look forward to welcoming him to the thriving Bexhill creative community! East India Docs with @harmeetrahal From East India DLR station, join us as we mooch through the former site of the East India Company, exploring the company’s afterlife and the infrastructure of trade, import, and customs. Moving through a landscape shaped by global exchange, our walk reflects on the dual meanings of “customs” as both trade regulations and traditions. Noticing the shift from industrial to residential, the mooch considers the uncanny nature of Docklands today: a place marked by redevelopment, corporate architecture, and a sense of in-between-ness. The city becomes a site for thinking through contraband histories, concealed power, and the movement of people, goods, and ideas. Listening instructions This episode was recorded with Harmeet Rahal on 11 October 2025. The walk itself lasted 1 hour and 35 minutes and covered 6.55 km. The audio piece is approximately 16 minutes long. As you follow the route, the recording will guide you with verbal directions, but walking time and audio do not fully align. You may need to pause at certain points to move between locations or spend time observing your surroundings before continuing. Move at your own pace, listening via @rtm.fm Music by @georgeboorman

Smithfield with @veritycoward Meet us at Caledonian Road & Barnsbury Overground station, as we mooch from HM Pentonville Prison to Smithfield Market, using Charles Dickens’ Oliver Twist as our map. Moving between fictional scenes from the 1800s and memories of art school in the 2000s, the walk reflects on how these areas have changed over time, and how parts of the city operate as backdrops for new ideas. Walking, driving, and moving through London, the city becomes both a setting and a method for thinking. Listening instructions This episode was recorded with Verity Corward on 30 August 2025. The walk itself lasted 1 hour and 3 minutes and covered 5.34 km. The audio piece is approximately 29 minutes long. As you follow the route, the recording will guide you with verbal directions, but walking time and audio do not fully align. You may need to pause at certain points to move between locations or spend time observing your surroundings before continuing. Move at your own pace, listening via @rtm.fm — or join the live broadcast on 04.03.26 Music by @georgeboorman
