Okay, okay alright. Accountability and vulnerability. So if you remember, I lost like 30 pounds last 2024 winter into 2025 (first pic). THAT was a good gym schedule AND depression. Oh no. Not good right? So anyway, of course the weight comes back! aka Now (2, 3) 230.

Now I've decided May 10th - Aug 10th I'll focus on cardio with a smidge of weights. Like 80/20. And then I'll go into Body Recomp for the rest of the year. I'll post more details later as we go. I want to do a juice cleanse too. I'm thinking early June.
I'm currently drinking lemon/lime water. I drink a gallon of water a day already, cutting back on SUGAR, and I'm eating more salad again because it's hot lol I plan to start creatine too. Maybe June also?

I'm 167 in 5, 6 & 7. I've really been in the gym a long time. It was life at ALOT of points, ESPECIALLY 2019.
