DJ B Bad, born in Edmonton and later honing his craft in Toronto, has been immersed in Hip-Hop culture since his breaking debut in 1999. His evolution from b-boy to DJ grew out of battle culture, where he discovered a passion for the beats that drive the dance floor. By 2010, he had fully transitioned to DJing, focused on creating soundtracks for cyphers + street-dance battles.
His signature sound blends Hip-Hop, R&B, Funk, Breaks + Soul, designed to match the energy and dynamics of dancers. Beyond the decks, DJ B Bad has been committed to youth empowerment since 2007 through Unity Charity and Blueprint For Life, working with urban, remote + Indigenous communities across Canada.
