Process - in relevance to what is needed for us TODAY.
A small excerpt of some of the dialogue that took place in our 6 hour intensive - being informative about the practice we are making and what its intentions are for, in terms of space, motivation, reason and where is it going…
Dialogue has been at the centre of my transmission when it comes to sharing - I realised it doesn’t happen enough in many spaces (quite frankly because dancers aren’t the greatest talkers ha!) but the process in mentally understanding other than physically understanding are very different skill sets and aren’t practiced enough - especially for those who are serious about their practice.
I’m grateful for the space and time people continually give to me in order to explain and demonstrate this part of the work - it’s WORK. Not just some fancy fling foot all the time… understand the WHY.

The Red Dread is setting up base in CDMX - México City 🇲🇽
I will be now navigating from here - still with close connection to London and Europe but recognising the responsibilities of letting those know I will be here for some duration and contributing here in Mexico and the neighbouring countries.
Please get in touch in terms of work/opportunities/dates as 26’ is looking very busy… but I am extremely looking forward to building on new adventures, BUT to my existing relationships - let’s keep in touch and see what we can do to continue our work together - as I very much recognise and cherish those relationships also 🙏🏼.
