Justin from @lizardthebird is USUALLY the one who starts writing the songs...except for their latest single Coming Undone, which was the brain child of the drummer Roman and their former bass player when Justin missed a jam.
I guess good things can happen when you leave the bass player and drummer unattended for a while...Who knew?

DO IT FOR THE KIDS 🙌 This year the @pembinaartsfestival has expanded to be a full week long and include a film festival among other things.
The festival is currently underway, however the Film Festival is Friday Night and the Big Music Day will be Saturday.
