The six-piece horn-fronted outfit plays throughout the DMV area, from the Kennedy Center to apartment rooftops, to corner bars. Respected by peers, their latest EP pays tribute to the quiet radicalism of taking up space, as seen through the "Don't Mute DC" movement and LA's Mutual Housing Association project. They appear on stage and collaborate with the modern giants of the genre, such as multi-grammy winners Ghost-Note and The New Mastersounds.â
