Hooping in boots ☀️🌀 Little flashback to last week in the mountains while waiting for my kids to finish their ski lessons. Snow under my feet Sun on my face Ski boots on Hoop in my hands Not the most flexible outfit for flowing But definitely one of the happiest moments. Lately I’ve heard this so often: people wanting to truly reconnect with themselves. And it makes so much sense. As kids, we move, play, rest, and just are. But as adults, we mostly live in our heads, using our bodies only for function — and slowly we forget how good it feels to move freely.
