Still dealing with chronic pain in my back, hips, legs and feet. It forces me to move more slowly and take more breaks but I'm still here moving my body in the ways I can. I've been absent a lot from community spaces the past few months because of this but I'm hoping I can really focus on getting my strength back so I can join again. 🤞💪

My full performance from @hoops.in.motion.ke this spring, drops and all 😜 I've been performing for a long time and I still make mistakes and get nervous! And more often than not I nail the hard tricks and mess up on the easy ones! The important thing for me is to have fun and hopefully inspire the people watching. For all the newer performers out there, don't be hard on yourself for these little mistakes, it happens to the best of us and honestly, the audience doesn't remember your mistakes, they remember the cool things you do and how you made them feel! 💚

🔵 On March 15 I will teach some fun single hoop combos. This workshop is great for beginners and also advanced Hoopers.
🔵🔵 On April 12 I will teach double hoop tech. Good for intermediate/advanced Hoopers but also for those new to double hoops.
