Last year at a city park in Helsinki (which I have been to plenty times 😅) I revisited this creeper rail and thought I‘ll give it a go as the dimensions kinda made sense. I have been struggling with my short-sightedness vision for the last 20 years and was always forced to either wear contact lenses or glasses throughout my whole Snowboarding Career.
Leaving the house without them was unimaginable. Dry and itching eyes became normal. Naps while traveling were complicated. Driving at night was sketchy. The list goes on.
Thanks to: @Sehkraft_Augenzentrum and it’s amazing team + @sporthilfe I was able to complete a super smooth Femto-Lasik eye treatment at their facility in Vienna.
It’s honestly one of the best things I was able to do for myself in years. So hyped to discover the world again with perfect vision :)

8 months later, a broken back, another baby and endless support from my close ones caused these emotions today.
In january I broke a vertebrae and had to get surgery. Words can‘t express how grateful and lucky I feel to be walking, carrying my kids on my shoulders and on top of all that - able to skate and snowboard again! The last 8 months were by far the heaviest, scaryiest and most reflective time of my life.
Major shout out to my better half @elsprfn97 , family @redbull , the #redbullathleteperformancecenter and @lukas.gruenbacher to get me back on track.
Still plenty of work to do but happy to be back on the board 🫶❤️
