I couldn’t possibly be more excited to announce we won 1st place 🥇 for Best Music Video at the @zionsindiefilmfest for the video we got to do with @mothersofmayhemrock ! What a treat!!! Such an honor to take home a top prize from the hundreds and hundreds of videos participating. To top it off, we also won 2 of the top 3 awards for the commercial contest too! 1st and 3rd place🥇🥉How sweet is that?! Two of our wonderful friends @benburnettofficial and @catherineolsenofficial reached out to us @nocea.studio to work together on a commercial so we said YES to BOTH!!! How cool to have them both win!!! I’ll share more on those later.

Beyond grateful for the chance to direct and produce for the amazing @mothersofmayhemrock on the new music video for Whisper. I am so thrilled at how it turned out and the response we’ve had so far. Huge shoutout to the crew. To our excitement, we’ve been officially selected to premiere at @theutahfilmfestival for your consideration. As well as the @zionsindiefilmfest and @zepfestofficial for 2026!!! I can’t wait for these festivals! in this music video the band take the stage in their signature vintage dresses, ready to rock! As the lights rise, and the music builds, something deeper begins to stir. The audience, dressed entirely in black, moves, like shadows, whispers that represent the fears and doubts every artist wrestles with. Good times with @rowdygaines Rowdy isn’t just a swimming legend — he’s a world-class human. During our shoot, we heard stories about his gold medals and about how he’s spent decades teaching kids the importance of water safety. He’s a three-time Olympic gold medalist, the voice of swimming for NBC, and a lifelong advocate for the sport. But what stood out most was his humility, his humor, and his heart. He’s an absolute icon in every sense of the word. Times like these make video production so flipping fun!! 🏊‍♂️

We are thrilled to share the news that our film Capacity In Reserve as been officially selected for the @kanabfilmfest happening in Southern Utah on May 1-3, 2025. Come join us in Kanab Utah and bask in the beautiful red rock scenery! Can’t wait to see you there!

Next stop, Costa Mesa CA for the @overlandexpo event happening in SoCal. We are thrilled to bring our film “Capacity In Reserve” to the big screen for this awesome event! We will be showing the film both days. Saturday, March 15 at 4pm and Sunday, March 16 at 3pm. Both screenings will be at the Oasis Area. You can also catch us during the expo at the Creator Area where we’ll be setup with some rad rigs, talking all things off-road and filmmaking, and chatting about ways you can help support the charity @wearephtl Can’t wait to see you all at the show for the first ever Overland Expo in SoCal!

So incredibly grateful for the @zionsindiefilmfest , all the wonderful humans I get to work with, and the awesome new faces I was able to meet! I just love how supportive the film community is in Utah. Always showing up, cheering the loudest, and lifting others where possible. Our film “Capacity In Reserve” won an award for Best Short Documentary, which was exciting! So glad “Savoring Joy” was playing in our block of films too and we got to reminisce about the bike packing trip through Utah. A couple new films I enjoyed most were “From Way Up Here” and “Death and Cookies” What an amazing week!
