B-Side was created from the belief that the Dolomites could hold a different kind of cultural space. One shaped not by nostalgia or convention, but by contemporary music culture, design, atmosphere, and exchange. In doing so, the project also challenges traditional ideas of alpine comfort, redefining natural comfort through calmness, materiality, sound, and spatial balance rather than decoration or excess.
B-Side forms part of a new movement shaping how contemporary culture is experienced in the mountains.
Every record carries something with it.
A memory. A place. A specific moment in time.
Some arrive attached to personal histories, others through years of searching, rediscovery, and exchange. Together, they form an archive shaped not only by music itself, but by the stories and experiences that continue to travel with it.
Natural materials, restrained tones, and tactile finishes bring the alpine landscape into the room, creating a space that feels connected to its surroundings rather than separated from them. The transition between inside and outside becomes softer, calmer, and more continuous.

Material selection at B-Side is defined by dialogue rather than contrast.
Locally crafted elements, produced by artisans in the region, are integrated with internationally recognised design pieces to form a cohesive interior language. The approach is neither nostalgic nor imported, but constructed through proportion, tone, and restraint.
The result is a contemporary expression of the alpine interior. One that moves beyond tradition without losing its sense of place.
