The Giffard West Cup is open for 2026.This year’s competition invites bartenders and drinks creators to Sip the Moments, crafting two connected serves that capture distinct times of day, from morning through to evening. The UK heats, managed by @mangroveuk, will take place this summer in London, Manchester and Edinburgh, with the UK winner taken to the International Final in Angers, France.Entries close midnight Sunday 17 May so don’t miss your chance to be part of it. The CLASS Cup What a day.Supported by @sipsmith, the inaugural CLASS Cup brought together the UK bartender community for a little healthy competition ahead of the #CLASSBarAwards and delivered everything we’d hoped for: big energy, brilliant teamwork and patriotism.Huge thanks to our captains for leading the charge: Iain McPherson (@pandaandsons) for Scotland Kevin Armstrong (@satans_whiskers) for England South Katie Rouse (@couchbirmingham) for the Midlands Cressie Lawlor (@mancity) for the North Tani Hasa (@lab22cardiff) for Wales Daniel Oats (@thegarrickbar) for Northern IrelandA proper celebration of community, connection and the healthier side of hospitality. But of course there was also a winner.Congratulations Scotland, who beat England (South) in the final.Same time next year?
