After a powerful intro last week by one of the member of TJAN-SMT... We had a very great class yesterday also still on the subject of #leadership

Our trainer @ayodeji_abatan spoke on the topic 'Leadership and Unique Genius' and it was a total enlightening process

As reviewed by a participant - Unique genius is what makes me distinct, it starts with self awareness(identifying my purpose, passion and having a high sense of mission to achieving them).Self awareness leads to emotional intelligence which helps to take cognisance of those around me and as a leader it boosts ones sensitivity to help others grow

Unique Genius (UG) helps in identifying and providing solutions to problems. The first step to being a good leader and thriving in your UG is personal development; being inspired and driven by a cause

Day FIVE
Highway to heaven... Pre ....
I was with two of my friends this evening, talking about the challenge. I encouraged them not to conform to the self conscious and selfish attitude preached, lived and prevalent in our day. We are concerned about what people would say or think of us when we do certain things, our parents worry about what their friends would think if their children do certain things. It's time we live for the audience of one - Jesus. He was selfless enough to die for you, are you willing to give up your pride to live for him.

So we went into a bus and I felt impressed in my heart to talk about the love of Jesus and purpose. So that I did and I really felt someone was encouraged Everyone needs to know they have a purpose and they can only find this if they respond to the author of their lives. Your mistakes and mess will find meaning in the arrangement of heaven.

Reflecting on the events of the day, I realised a vital part of evangelism is the encouragement of the saints. If all I achieved today was stir up someone to live for the higher call then I have achieved today's challenge.

So how did your day go? Mine was great. Thank God for life and opportunity, time and chance. I got the opportunity to witness to a bike man today and he got saved. The answer to the prayer of boldness can only be seen when we step out in faith.
So many opportunities we bypass everyday, people we deprive of the chance of a life in Jesus just because we are full of ourselves- our troubles, struggles and all. We have been called to a selfless life for the one to whom we should indeed count all things as dung for the excellency of having a part in him.

So I preached in two buses yesterday and today after such a long time. Starting was a big deal but then as I started he flowed... Let's not forget he has said we should go and he will be with us. That promise holds for everyone willing to look beyond themselves and step into the unknown.
People are hungry for God and don't even know it but God in his mercy has raised us up to bring good news to the poor, freedom to the captive and healing to the broken. That was exactly what I preached in the buses- the good news of Jesus and his love for us.
If you didn't speak to someone today, tomorrow is another day with fresh opportunity to give expressions to the life of God in you. God bless you.
