Here's what most traditional fitness approaches miss: All strength components (speed strength, strength endurance, explosive strength) are defined as percentages of maximum strength. For speed strength training, you use maximum 70% of your max strength.
When you increase maximum strength, you simultaneously increase your threshold for all other training types.
