Integrated Steel Delivery (ISD) is Axiom’s forward-thinking approach to structural engineering, designed to combat today’s market challenges of material escalation and long lead times. By integrating design and construction workflows through our IPD (Integrated Project Delivery) model, we help project teams accelerate critical steel procurement and reduce cost unpredictability from the outset. Through a strategic partnership with 22-year steel veterans at Evolve Steel, Axiom enables early-stage steel procurement, shop drawings, and concurrent detailing, all before final trade partners are on board. This proactive strategy shortens schedules, controls risk, and improves budget confidence for owners and contractors alike. Our ISD method hinges on four key elements: target value budgeting with BIM-driven system selection, pull planning to align design with construction milestones, early material orders that preserve flexibility while advancing procurement, and turnkey steel solutions powered by Tekla Fabrol for seamless fabrication and erection. Trust Axiom’s Integrated Steel Delivery to streamline your structural timeline, protect against change orders, and ensure smarter steel outcomes, faster.
