The white palate with bright pops of flowers created an exquisitely, elegant modern wedding @huntermuseum . The reception was a seated meal where guests soaked in the florals while enjoying a delicious selection of dishes prepared by @easybistro .
As a Sydney trained designer, it was a treat to create Australian style florals for this special couple from Chattanooga and Melbourne.

While completing her masters at Cambridge University, the bride fell in love with the wildflower meadow lawns of Kings College.
Incorporating a wildflower meadow into the recreation space transformed a large venue into an intimate summer gathering. The guests dined at tables set with vintage plates and silver plated cutlery while gazing over candlelit bud vases.

It is hot, blazing hot, which means it is time for Sangria. La Paz Chattanooga recently held Sangria on the Southside to celebrate their 20th Anniversary.
This is one of my favorite groups to work with. Not only do they allow me to indulge my passion for contemporary Latin design which is sophisticated and bright with twist of fun, the folks who attend La Paz’s events adore flowers.
Happy 20th Anniversary La Paz and here is to many more years of doing great work in the Chattanooga area.

The light gently filtering through the led glass windows of Renaissance Commons makes these flower arrangements glow creating an elegant garden like space for an intimate wedding reception.
The arrangements are made from a mix of locally grown flowers and speciality event flowers. Local flowers were grown by @creeksideflowerfarm . Event Furniture provided by @lumadesigns .

One of my favorite spring garden table designs is from this intimate wedding held at Renaissance Commons in @bluffviewartdistrict . The exquisitely restored, historic space provides a perfect backdrop for English garden style table centers constructed from rare pale yellow peonies, locally grown campanula, David Austin roses, and butterfly ranunculus.
My favorite aspect of this venue full of stunning niches is it is run by a friendly, quality oriented team who seeks perfection at every turn.

This arrangement is from the opening reception for the Houston Museum of Decorative Art’s pop up museum in The Bluff View Art District. The pop up museum will be in place while Houston Museum renovates their historic building.

These large garden style arrangements brought much cheer to a celebration of life last week at 2nd Presbyterian, a stunning stone church which is on the National Register of Historic Places.
Memorial arrangements hold an elevated level of meaning when they reflect the person being celebrated. It is always an honor to be commissioned to create one.
