I recently had the chance to play three of the Top-5 disc golf courses in Arizona! Wilderness Ranch Disc Golf Course (currently ranked #1 in the state and once Top-100 in the world), Maricopa Disc Golf Course (once ranked Top-5 in the state) and Paseo Vista Disc Golf Course (once ranked Top-5 in the state)! These courses have been on my wishlist for years offering that Arizona Mountain ⛰️ and Desert 🏜️ feel unique to the area! I had the chance to play two of the Top-5 disc golf courses in Massachusetts! Meadowbrook Orchards Disc Golf Course (ranked #3 in the state and #36 in the world) and Clement Farm Disc Golf Course (ranked #5 in the state) both lived up to the hype. The man in his element…evaluating the starting hole at the Rotary West Disc Golf Park! It’s not difficult to reflect on how far this journey has come over the past 5-years! Designing this course alongside Simon Lizotte wasn’t just about shaping fairways or placing baskets—it was about creating something that challenges, inspires, and connects people to the game. Simon brings a fearless creativity to these projects as we sometimes find ourselves thoughtfully disagreeing but finding successful resolution in the end. It’s a friendly check & balance system that keeps us second guessing while allowing us to make these holes that much better! I must say that we work really well together and bring an entirely new dynamic to professional Disc Golf Course Design as I look forward to working on many more projects together! Being able to translate that into the land here in Nashua is unique and genuine while taking in the property’s natural aesthetic. This course isn’t just going to be played—it will be experienced. And moments like this—being friends for years and now surrounded by what we help create with the huge lift by the City of Nashua, it’s going to be something special! I’m excited for what has been accomplished thus far, the hard work ahead on the full installation…and the eventual completion of this incredible course! One of my greatest joys in life…playing our first PDGA sanctioned tournament together with my son Arian! I’m usually on the bag, caddying for him at these events, but with his *permission* I took the rare opportunity to play the Bartlesville Open alongside him—in the same group for both rounds. It was his first time carrying his own bag during a tournament, making all his own fairway reads, choosing discs, and managing his overall strategy. Watching how he thinks through the game was something special. I’ll be back on the bag for most tournaments the rest of the season—honestly, I want to caddy for him as long as I can. Today IS the day! ⛳️ We’re officially heading to Round One of the Masters Tournament at the iconic Augusta National Golf Club — and it truly doesn’t get any better than this! This has been a bucket list experience for years…as I got the rare opportunity to attend the Final Round last year and now it’s happening again! Walking the same fairways where legends have made history, surrounded by arguably the most perfectly manicured 300 acres on the planet. Every detail, every blade of grass, every sightline — pure perfection. Grateful for the opportunity and soaking in every second! 🥏Disc Golf Courses Played Check-in: 🥏 Playing several courses throughout the late Fall to early Spring, I just surpassed 1,850 Disc Golf Course played on the UDisc App! I accomplished this milestone Disc Golf Course at my newly designed and installed Buddy Prejean DiscGolfPark in Lake Charles, LA! Although it’s A LOT of Disc Golf Courses played, there’s collectors out there with several more. It’s all about quality over quantity for me as I’ve been busy collecting Top-5’s per State, Top-100 in the World, Oldest courses in every State, Oldest courses in every Country, Every course from before 1985 and the complete list of “Steady” Ed Headrick Courses! What does your @udiscapp course count look like and what’s your total number of courses played? I’ve recently played in my 1,300 Disc Golf Course in the United States, a few #1 State Courses and several more Top-100 Courses with these 1,800 courses being documented on UDisc. Only 30 or so courses being documented on my lists as extinct courses that I’ve played not being listed on the app because they existed before that time. So far in 2026, I’ve had the opportunity to play 35 new Disc Golf Courses in total as it’s been exactly 6-months since my last course milestone update! This is much more than the amount courses that I played at this point last year and I’m on pace for the most courses that I’ve ever played in one calendar year. It’s great that still get the chance to get out there to play as much as I do during my many of my course design trips and various travels throughout the season. Currently I’ve played a Disc Golf Course in all 50-States, 27-Counties, 1-US District and 1-US Territory as I’m looking to add a few more countries to the list before the end of the year! After my visit to the Big Easy Disc Golf Pro Tour event the previous week, it became obvious that I needed to return and experience the recently added black layout of the Parc Des Familles Disc Golf Course firsthand. This newly redesigned course by John Houck presents a demanding and thoughtfully crafted challenge, while still embracing beauty of southern Louisiana. The integration of mature bald cypress trees throughout the property creates a unique and distinctive identity—one that is rarely matched and most certainly enhances the overall player experience. The layout itself is demanding, featuring numerous tight corridor fairways that require precision and a strategic approach from tee to green. While several unrefined fairways are still in the process of fully developing, I personally felt a few of the newer holes are not yet completed and still needed some fine tuning. It is evident that, with time, the course will continue to open up and mature into an incredible venue. I attacked the course with my typical four discs in hand and managed a respectable +6 as I kept it in the fairway on most of my throws. Although I know that I could have shaved a few strokes off the scorecard with a few more disc options. Huge thank you to Nathan Farber (@nfarber )for the comprehensive tour of both the course and surrounding property.
