🏆🏅2ND PLACE SOLO DIVISION - Aus Dancehall Competition in Naarm/Melbourne.
It’s taken time for me process this self accomplishment. I honestly don’t have the words to describe the feelings of that day. The comp had high and good vibrations all day 💥
I am super proud of myself to place 2nd as I only signed up a week before comp and life throwing unexpected obstacles in my way. I was able to push through adversity to stand amongst the most amazing dancehall dancers in the Australian community. All WOMEN btw haha! Incredibly honoured to stand beside you @shantibcq and @whitney.rise ❤️ you blow me away with your talent and range!
I have so many people to thank my mentor and Dancehall Vet @kitty_cat_bcq , @its_le.e BOLDY started it for me! @chuby_dice my first Jamaican Dancehall teacher! Thank you for your continuous support and wisdom to encourage me to grow. My home girls @iam_visakai@kaykay_rabo . My supportive and loving partner @richard_mbaire 😘 BUT most importantly to Dancehall culture 🇯🇲 Big up to pioneers and creators and the judges on the day THE @latonyastyle@decozymm_dancehall and @rastahuxx.footonflamez . It’s has been a huge few weeks for me and I am PROUD to have come up 3rd place in SOLO and DANCEHALL QUEEN category with 6 days to prepare all costumes and choreo, it was a challenge and I did it 😍🔥 What an experience, I AM HAPPY and proud of how far I have come as a dancer and a performer, here is to many more 🥂
