What a whirlwind tour. My 50th birthday present to myself was to set lofty racing goals as part of my way to celebrate turning 50 instead of dreading it. So that's what i did.
Bronze at Worlds in England and Gold at Nationals. Racing and pushing and training at my age with a full time job and three kids has been a fun, if not, challenging endeavor....but for me its always been about the journey, so i really enjoyed it.
