Plate 11 - headrest, 2025 stoneware with 40% grog at 1000 °C 23 cm x 43 cm “My work explores emotion, desire, and small everyday gestures. I transform images and impressions collected from my surroundings into drawings and ceramics, where intimacy and vulnerability take form. I think deeply before creating and work intensely once I begin, following instinct before the emotion fades. Each piece becomes a quiet reflection on presence, touch, and the tension between fragility and permanence.” Daniele Walker (*1992) is a Swiss-Italian designer and artist based in Ticino. He graduated in Industrial & Product Design from ECAL and has collaborated with Jerszy Seymour Design Workshop in Berlin, Studio CCRZ, and Studio 9010. His practice unfolds across different media, exploring emotional and social tensions through form and image. He has exhibited his work in Switzerland and abroad, including Instinct #19 Cruising (Instinct Berlin, 2025) and fiki-fiki (Kromya Art Gallery, Lugano, 2022). #pigmentomagazine #artmagazine #contemporaryart #art #finearts

A men wearing small heels for @dazedbeauty I started to collect heels because I’m incredibly fascinated by their design. The first memory I have of boys approaching female accessories is from the movie Billie Elliot and because of that I wanted to develop a project with the opposite approach, an adult men trying to fit in small heels. A special thanks to Daniele for making this story happen with me and to Davide for assisting us. All heels by Prada and Miu Miu
