Our hotbeds and polytunnels are already yielding their first harvests of the season: pak choi, cauliflower, spring greens, and crisp radishes. A gentle stretch of rain and sunshine has set everything thriving.
There’s something deeply satisfying about seeing these early crops move straight from soil to kitchen, inspiring our team of chefs across the company to create new seasonal dishes with produce harvested that morning and cooked no later than the following evening.
