Expect bluefin tuna ceviche, hortopita, stuffed chicken breast, Greek frozen yoghurt, with beautiful flowers by @THEFLOWERBX ✨

Exceptional ingredients, treated simply.
Our Tuna Lakerda begins with center-cut Spanish tuna, lightly cured to enhance its natural flavour and texture. Finished with pickled capers from Crete, red chilli, bronze fennel, lemon, and extra virgin olive oil.

One year of Myrtos calls for a proper celebration 🇬🇷✨
Join us on Thursday, May 14th as we mark our first anniversary with a special evening of cocktails, live Greek music, and a one-night-only collaborative menu at Myrtos by Asimakis.
The night begins with handcrafted cocktails by @Line.athens , followed by an exclusive 6-course dining experience created together with guest chef @Gikasxenakis , three courses from him, three from our kitchen.

Time slowed down in Kalymnos—a place where the sea sets the rhythm and every day feels honest. Grateful for my collaboration with @kantounibeach Kantouni Boutique Beach Hotel, a spot that captures the true spirit of the island.
Met incredible locals, shared stories, and spent early mornings out fishing—simple moments that remind you why we fall in love with the craft. One of the highlights was the run up to St. Savvas Monastery—worth every step for the view and the silence.
And the food… raw, pure, and deeply connected to the sea. Some of the best fish I’ve had, cooked with respect and nothing to hide.
Kalymnos, you’ve got a way of pulling people back.
