I pulled Amelia out of school for her first “meeting”. I want her to get used to big rooms and big conversations because it’s important for her to grow up knowing she belongs in these rooms too.
I couldn’t think of a better place for her to start than @ktm_official x @husqvarnamotorcyclesusa HQ 🧡💙
Thank you @jammirenee@_lindseyy_22 and @chrisfillmore11 for your patience and putting her at the head of the table 😂
Beyond excited for what’s to come and just so damn grateful to be here 🙌

Just a gal, a 90s playlist, and a @harleydavidson 🧡
Over here feeling especially grateful to @805beer@fasthouse_@revzilla for having me on their ambassador teams. Simply unreal to have their support as I do my best to bring new riders into the sport and advocate for our public lands so views like this are protected. Next stop(s) over the course of 5 weeks: Washington DC for @motorcycleindustrycouncil meetings on Capitol Hill, @wilderness Yosemite Dual Sport Adventure (2 spots left), and then @babesrideout NY. Let’s go!!!!!
Met a newer rider at the @harleydavidson demo booth who just wanted to take a ride but didn’t know where to start… so I said, “ride with me” and off we went ❤️
That one small moment turned into a new friendship— and I felt truly lucky to share the road with her.
Babes Ride Out is built on these connections. On welcoming each other in, sharing the ride, and passing that feeling forward. We all were new, all unsure, but we all showed up and began building.
This is how our community grows. And I’m so damn grateful to be part of it. 🖤
(Emily, what’s your gram!?) 😂
Clean air. Tall trees. Tiny legs at high speeds ❤️
BRB - Crying as I go through all photos and video of taking Amelia to the Sierras each summer (as I plan this summer) 🥹❤️ PS she shoved me away and ran straight into the lake after this hug.
Amelia’s first wheelie. Adding to the grid cause here we freaking go 😳
@ridestacyc x @husqvarnamotorcyclesusa
Before you @ me, moving forward she’s going to be in a full face and gear, didn’t realize she’d be so aggressive on the new bike off the bat (didn’t film it) so cut this session short 🫠
⚡️RIDER SPOTLIGHT⚡️
Everyone meet the legend @ashmore 🔥
1. How long have you been riding bikes for?
I started riding street in my late 20s and bought my first dirt bike almost 6 years ago. Before that, I messed around once a year on dirt, it took a while for it to “click” for me. Going from petrified to actually excited to ride dirt is a true journey!
2. What bike are you currently riding and what is your favorite part about it?
I keep a TE300, FE350, XL1200S, and a Hardcross MTB on rotation. Once in a blue moon, I’ll take my husband’s chopper out but I prefer bikes with suspension.
3. What’s one goal you’re working towards when it comes to riding?
After my accident, my mindset. When I get overwhelmed / over stimulated and simply “shut down” on a section I know I can do or I have done before but, in the moment, I freeze. I’ve been working super hard on getting my body strong but if the mind isn’t on that level, it can feel like you have never ridden a bike before. More seat time should fix this right up and I am making progress each time I ride.
4. What got you into/inspired you to start riding?
I bought a dirt bike to get better at riding street riding, then bought a mountain bike to recover from an injury and to get better at my 2 stroke. It’s a vicious cycle babe, highly recommend. And you know what? I did get better at riding street, more confident, and more relaxed when the back tire slipped on gravel, dirt, oil etc. I gained more trust in the machine and knew there was a 90% rate that tire would catch and it wouldn’t be a big deal.
5. What’s one piece of advice you could give to a new rider?
Do not compare your first year to those who have been riding 10. You won’t be “good at this” because no one is until they’ve put in a lot of seat time + training, and that’s the fun part in my opinion (the growth!). You’ll be NEW to this for a while and the slowest but that’s exactly where you should be in order to dial in skills and confidence. I much rather ride with the slowest human on the planet than with someone who carelessly rips with 0 technique or respect for the machine / others.
