Even with chokehold bans and body cameras, Black men and boys are still dying at the hands of police.
In 2024, 326 Black people were killed by police nearly 3 times more likely than white Americans.
After Eric Garner, policies changed. Chokeholds were banned. Cameras were required.
But the killings continue.
Garner confronts that painful truth: if reform came, why are we still losing so many?
This film is about more than one man it’s about the lives still being taken, the families still grieving, and the justice still denied.
Because Eric’s story was never just his own.
