Consistency and Adaptation. These are two words I take away from 2022 with the most meaning and impact of my year. . . 1- Consistency gets you in the door. And makes you show up for yourself. Taking a once stagnant idea and putting it into motion creating mastery through repetition, consistency and ultimately a promise you’re keeping to yourself. . . 2- Adaptation, looking around and observing where you are, re thinking, analyzing and reprogramming your reality to meet yourself in a better place. It’s not always easy to improve yourself especially when having to accept those challenges as puzzle pieces ready to be solved. To be where you are now took the strength to say goodbye to certain aspects of yourself and life while also walking into unknown territory. Never shrink from the world, adapt to it.
