You can be ambitious and at peace.
You can lead with power and presence.
I’ve lived both sides… the hustle that burned me out and the alignment that built everything real.
Now, I help high-achieving leaders build success that FEELS as good as it looks.
Because burnout isn’t leadership, being well-resourced is.

send this to someone who needs a reminder to stop tolerating less when they are made for more.
i am turning 39 this week so i wrote a substack about the audit i plan around my birthday, and the standards I’m unwilling to carry into the next year. the four days I just spent in nyc that reminded me how I actually want to live. and the moment ( last week ) in the audiobook studio that triggered the whole reset. it’s juicy imho ;)
eight prompts are waiting for you at the bottom of the letter if you want to do this with me.
comment ‘standard’ and I’ll send you the link or skip the dm and meet me on substack
success scripts expire, you get to rewrite them as many times as you want. because they are yours and only yours to choose.
are you team nyc or team cabin in the woods? 🗽
i used to think overpacking was a personality trait.
now i know it’s a “ chasing enough” thing.
every “just in case” and “ did i pack enough “ is a sign your nervous system is craving assurance.
how light you can pack might be the most honest measure of how secure you feel.
bag check is a soul check in.
i’m practicing taking out two things every time i zip up.
noticing how often i don’t actually need them.
every trip i’m reminded… more is never the answer. lightening the load is.
(mine is 49.5. we’re working on it.)
If the grass looks greener on the other side of the fence remember, it might be fake ;)
This quote always reminds me when catch myself in comparison, on someone else’s success or how perfect someone else’s relationship looks or how much further ahead someone appears to be…we all have way more going on behind the scenes that we could ever understand.
And the best, most simple way to experience more success in your life, business, relationships is to nurture what you have.
Drop a ❤️ if you needed to hear this today and go water where your feet are.
First, realize you aren’t broken. You’re evolving. You don’t need to burn yourself down.
Then.
Spend a full day getting clear on who you are becoming. The way you think. What you tolerate. How your presence is felt when you enter a room.
Look honestly at every relationship. The ones that require you to shrink, it’s time to say goodbye and move on.
Stop performing wellness. Practice it. Sleep. Stillness. Real food.
Leave the thing paying you that is costing you too much.
Clear your closet of every piece that belongs to a version of you have out grown. Get rid of things that do not feel good. Yes even those jeans.
Mentally rehearse the life you are building. In detail. Daily. Let your morning routine be a space to review your vision and goals.
Get outside before you touch your phone.
Stop explaining yourself to people who decided who you are a long time ago. They will never get it, and that’s OK.
Choose one thing that scares you and move toward it.
Make the next chapter more meaningful. More intentional. By your own design, no one else’s.
Trust that the work started the moment you got honest with yourself. The moment you took responsibility, you get to choose differently.
Let yourself be fully seen.
The leaders I work with do not need a new self.
They need to stop abandoning the one they already are.
Which one did you need to hear?
