I was working on creating a loop to sound like a sample. Tried a couple acapella's over it, thought DOOM's sounded good and ended up making a All Caps remix. All music was played by yours truly in Logic. One night in 1991 I stupidly left my Walkman, EPMD & KMD tapes under the seat of a car parked in the city. When I got back to the car that night there was broken glass on the street from the car window being bashed in. My Walkman and tapes were gone. Flash forward to about 1997-1998 hearing Hey! on WKCR with @stretcharmstrong and @koolboblove . I went to Fat Beats and picked up the MF Doom vinyl EP the next day. Then around 2005-06 @justblaze and @mfdoom did a new version of Kookies. I’m humbled and honored as a fan to have a credit on a Doom record.
