Recipe - Here's how I did them....
3 joint chicken wings seasoned with old bay
Straight onto the grill indirect at 250c for around 40 minutes
Over the coals direct heat at the end for 2 minutes and brushed with Cattlemen's Kansas City Classic BBQ sauce
Served with grilled corn and pickles
