Come visit Joyce Creiger from Arts Aboard this Saturday at the Fairmount fruit farm in Franklin. They will be beautiful handmade paper earrings, hand dyed, Silk, scarves and other beautiful creative handmade items.
What could be better than having all the grandkids and their SO’s together for Chanukah. And I got to read a poem I wrote to each one about how special they are.
I am willing to sell my favorite painting for 1/2 of what I paid for it because moved and have no room for it. A little about the artist.William Lira William Lira (Caracas, Venezuela, 1962) began his artistic education in the eighties at the Fundarte Drawing and Painting workshops. He studied at the Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador, from where he graduated in 1990 with a specialization in Visual Arts. In this same institution, he was part of the Grupo Herbario, along with Onofre Frías, Félix Perdomo, Jesús Mendoza and Antonio Lazo, among other artists of outstanding presence in the Venezuelan plastic stage of those years. Besides his formal studies, he attended the Free Drawing and Painting Workshop at the Escuela de Artes Visuales Cristóbal Rojas, also in Caracas. The painting is 80” x80” and is amazing.
