The Sparrow population has been on the decline in their native habitats in Eurasia. It's nesting season, make sure to leave out enough water in a wide shallow pot for them, put up nest boxes at a safe place within 15 feet from the ground/floor, and don't use chemicals in your plant/garden so that their babies can have a healthy insect population to thrive on!
