@letthecityspeak by
@akira.boch is happening on Saturday. Tickets are free (of course they are!) Some still available at the door! It is a film about the extraordinary band
@quetzalmusic , through the eyes of Quetzal Flores and Dr Martha Gonzalez.
@quetzalmusic73 and
@marthartivista are dear friends who inspire, mentor and radically love so many of us. I am looking forward to what will be a historical, special evening to remember.

Join us this Saturday, March 7th for the premiere of Let the City Speak — a film that’s over 30 years in the making!
It’s a love letter to the artists and activists of East Los Angeles, and hopefully a small antidote to the negativity in the world right now.
Thanks to generous sponsorship, this is a FREE event — open to everyone.
After the screening, we’ll have free food, a community fandango to watch or join, and the amazing
@aloeblacc hosting the night.
Come share in the good vibes, it’s gonna be a magical evening.
Doors open at 6:00 PM | Program begins at 6:30 PM
