The Breezeway has officially shut down for the season. It's been our best one yet - thanks to you! We continue to love hosting folks in the High 🏜 🫶. As we prepare for next season, we're excited to add a new comfy addition, fixes, safety improvements.
✅️ New @article sleeper sofa (replaces our beloved, but rough, blue Walmart one from 10 years ago) - now 4 people can comfortably glamp in the family room instead of 2
✅️ Polycade has been upgraded with 130 authentic 80s/90s arcade games!!! (Picture being a kid again at Time Out arcade but with unlimited quarters 🤗)
✅️ Fully paved backyard walkway to the spa (yes, folks choose the path barefoot rather than go through the arcade room 😕)
✅️ Replace front fence with new address placement (thin wood no good in the desert)
✅️ Finally, a very costly septic to sewer conversion 💸 (your 💩 still goes to the same place 🤷♂️)

>removed upper cabinets and opened up a more useable, uninterrupted 4-foot counter coffee bar with a USA-made steel shelf by @tenzahome
>replaced cabinet hardware with @kitchenhardware_nancy in Antique Brass to match the Walker Tapered Sconce from @potterybarn in Tumbled Brass over the sink
>designed custom wood trim to cover variable gap between base cabinets and new quartz counters
>added all new Samsung Bespoke and KitchenAid appliances, Moen sink and faucet
>preserved vintage charm of original doorbell coexisting with the Nest thermostat at the threshold of the entry hall
>added wood paneling from @menardshomeimprovement , leather @article bench, @modholicusa tulip table, and @bludot pendant on a dimmer to make the breakfast nook the most irresistibly cozy, #hygge place in the house.
