"UPRISE 2025" continues our decade-long legacy of championing activism, diversity, and social change through art. Presented with Art4Equality, the show highlights art as a tool for protest and transformation, addressing gender equality, reproductive rights, LGBTQ+ rights, immigration, racial justice, and attacks on DEI programs. Over the past ten years we’ve produced over 50 exhibitions and presented more than 500 artists. This anniversary exhibition expands that dialogue, uniting voices across gender and identity in a collective call for justice, equality, and freedom.
“UPRISE 2025 is a powerful reflection of art’s enduring role in activism… The works serve as a call to action, reminding us that resistance, creativity, and solidarity will shape a more just and inclusive future.” — Indira Cesarine
The exhibition features works by 100 artists, including: Alison Jackson, Anna Delvey, Ashley Chew, Fahren Feingold, Jemima Kirke, Kat Toronto aka Miss Meatface, Katherine Crockett, Kristy Gordon, Lisa Levy, Michele Pred, Molly Crabapple, Nadine Robbins, Natalie White, Nick Rhodes, Orly Cogan, Rosa (Rose) McGowan, Sarah Maple, Sophia Wallace, Synchrodogs, Victoria Selbach, and many more.
