Prioritising Menβs Wellbeing in Cornwall.
Our West Cornwall Participation team spent an insightful morning at Carn Brea Leisure Centre this week, attending the "Menβs Health UNPACKED" workshop.
Led by Susan from Healthy Cornwall the session provided a practical and supportive space for our staff to dive into the essentials of both physical and mental health. From breaking down stigmas to taking proactive charge of personal wellbeing, the morning was filled with engaged, positive discussions.
A huge thank you to Susan and the Healthy Cornwall team for such a fantastic learning experience!
