This week marks Mental Health Week across the UK – an event dedicated to promoting mental wellbeing, reducing stigma and encouraging open conversations around Mental Health.
At Ginsters, we are proud to have recently partnered with
@fcncharity to help support the vital work they do to provide mental health guidance and advice for thousands of farmers – like Elizabeth from
@agricolagrowers - across the country.
Farming is not just a job – it’s a way of life. It is a wonderful industry to work in, but can be an incredibly isolating and lonely occupation, with farmers often spending long hours out in the field with little or no form of social interaction.
The Farming Community Network offers free, confidential support to farmers and their families, from mental wellbeing to business challenges – ensuring no one in the farming community has to face tough times alone ❤️ FCN can be contacted in confidence on 03000 111 999 (7am-11pm, 365 days of the year) or
[email protected].
Thank you again to our friends and trusted veg suppliers at Hay Farm in Cornwall for taking part in this video ❤️
