Hot cross bun. Cheese. Honey. More cheese.
That's it.
That's the dish.
Only sticking around for a week or two ('cause it's Easter innit).
New Cheese Alert 🚨
Say Hello to Bibury. From the remarkable @kingstonedairy , Bibury is a seasonal sheep's milk cheese styled after Ossau Iraty.
It's rich and sweet with some hazelnut notes and an earthy natural rind.
Happy International Women's Day.
As a female owned and run business, the most important thing to me is creating a safe space for everyone. Whether you're on your own, with your friends or with your dog, we strive to create an environment where you feel comfortable regardless of how you identify. (But please bring your dog!)
There's an awful lot of negative in the world right now, but I'll take a moment to be positive and shout out to some of the best women-led hospitality businesses in Brum.

New in the fridge this week...
Killeen is a goat milk Gouda style from Galway. Made by the incredible Marion Roeleweld and her herd of 200 goats.
It's smooth, sweet and nutty and is the perfect addition to your next cheese plate.
What a beauty 😍
Raedwald is back in the fridge for a limited time!
From the makers of Baron Bigod, this super seasonal cheese is only made in the winter months using the afternoon milk that's too creamy for Baron.
Rich, nutty and totally indulgent. He won't stick around for long!
