Our incredible friend @lisajanephoto , one half of @hankandmargotuk and long time fan of our birthday cake cookie will be running the London Marathon on Sunday this week. Wonderfully vibrant an clean with lots of juicy tart berries: think strawberries and blueberries! There’s a bit of a blueberry muffin vibe with milk too! 🍓🫐

GUEST SERVE: PASSIONFRUIT STOUT.
With the sun sticking around for the weekend it seemed appropriate to bring back a favourite from the vaults. An Aerocano style drink with amped up flavours!
Using our current decaf offering (a beautiful Passionfruit co-fermented coffee from Jairo Arcila in Colombia) we create an iced drink that’s pure creamy texture and bags of tarte sweet Passionfruit.
Cold, creamy and a load of schtick. It’s the only brief for this weekend.

Let’s Talk Matcha 🍵
Though biased we think our Matcha is up there with some of the best.
The secret: it tastes like Matcha 🤯 Using a wonderful Grade VI matcha provided by @lalaniandco we use a satisfyingly large amount of matcha per portion in a smaller than average serve. This leaves us with nothing other than unapologetic matcha goodness that can be enjoyed regardless of serving style: teas, lattes or iced.
Also just look at the colour! One of the truest ways to tell its quality!

It’s been a hot minute since we returned to our love of patisserie 🥐
Hand laminating takes time and a lot of effort but we just can’t help it: we love it!
