You will choose the accommodation that fits best with your vibe, whether it’s the comfort of a cabin or the adventure of camping or added luxury with glamps! Your group chooses!! Local? Amazing! FriGAY kickoff the weekend with community dinner & camp games & campfire Saturday filled of wellness with a blended mix of slowing down in nature and enjoying your favourite hobbies with County based queers. Adding the fun with Fruity beach parties and floats. Saturday Night in The County can be as busy with burlesque shows, or slowed down around the community campfires with jam session sing-alongs. Sunday we leave our home at Ray’s and join @spiritualalchemywellness for a morning of ceremony and giving back to the land. Followed by group brunch & goodbyes Vibes check: Together we are home, drop your shoulders, take a breath, you can unmask here. This event is chosen family vibes as we take a trip to the county! DIY adventure, stay with the group, plan sightseeing in The County, rest, read, be part of every activity. DIY meals, join for dinner night out, or stay back and BBQ - this weekend is for you! Meet us at the famous SAUGEEN BEACH SIGN at 2pm MAY 16 for a cute Queer Camp babes meet up! Meet other campers, meet the directors, play cute beach games, listen to Jessie tell you the history of Saugeen beach and her love for this land. 🌲 This land is owned and cared for by Chippewas of Saugeen, Ojibway: Saukiing. After decades of strength and fighting they were granted their land back in 2023. Lands their ancestors born on, they had to fight to be granted their beach. We celebrate them, and hope to continued land backs for this community. 🌊 We hold gratitude to this community for sharing this marvel of turtle island with us. We are guests here. We respect this space as sacred, and end our day with a beach pick up & leave no trace goodbye. There is no smoking/no drinking/no vaping/no camping/no cooking permitted on this beach. We are excited to join @aqueercamp , and @liam.viscomi for a Pride kick off nature walk in the Don Valley on June 6. 🌈🌿 We’ll spend the afternoon outside together, moving through the trails, connecting with community. Slow down, learn something new, and enjoy the outdoors together.

🌲 Join Rainbow Mentors Liam & Skylar AND Natasha for a day of connection, skill sharing, and trail wandering as we chat about native plants, local ecologies, and our own rhythm on the land that hums beneath the urban landscape and city noise. 🌲 Expect a gentle hike through Beechwood Wetlands, Cottonwood Flats and Crother’s Woods & Don River. It only makes sense we smash these two together!! 🌈 While Rainbow Mentors is rebuilding; 🌲AQC begins putting into practice what we hope to build!
