I’m Alexia, one half of the husband and wife team behind Ray’s Cottages. Nic is usually nearby fixing, cutting grass, or helping guests find the best fishing spots. 🎣
We’re local to Prince Edward County, raising our daughter Gaby here and sharing life with our black lab Luna, who believes she also helps run the place! 🐾
We took over Ray’s in 2019 with a big dream of creating a place where guests feel relaxed, welcomed, and honestly… a little like family. 🥰

Flashback to this day last year when we discovered our trailer slide had leaked! 😳
For the next month, we cottage-hopped while we tackled demo and renovations. It was one of those situations that felt like a disaster at the time but ended up having the best possible outcome.
Staying in the cottages gave me a completely different perspective as a guest, and it helped us realize there were a few things that could flow better around the property, so we made some changes along the way.
And honestly… we love our new space now. It has made everyday life so much easier.
