Working on stocking shelves, fridges and more!! We will be having some goodies from @scappatopec as well. Sundays will be no takeout but a good day to stock up for the start of the week! Oven on.
60 lbs of pumpkin roasting.
This was the end-of-season haul from @VickisVeggies — and I couldn’t let it go to waste. So I roasted it all down, blended it smooth, and tucked that local flavour away for winter.
Today some of that magical pumpkin “musquée de Provence” it’s headed to @ROCPEC for Empty Bowls 🧡
Even when the fields are frozen, the County still feeds us.
