Final call to Spiral-In with me online tonight ( Monday 11th May) as we take space amidst the rising energy of full spring to tend to our creative fires.
Together we’ll give focus to our visions and what we want to water and grow into full bloom this season.
Through simple exercises and reflections we’ll release what we have outgrown and clear the path for what is to come.
Screens are welcome to be off and a recording is available for those that can’t join live.

The creative process is spirally… 🌀
Cycles of expansion and contraction, setbacks and steps forward..
A journey of refinement, trust, and attunement.. often without knowing where it is leading.
In times that feel increasingly complex, tuning into the greater cosmic spiral can be deeply soothing.
Not as a way to bypass what is present, but as a way to refuel, so we can step back out with more courage and commitment.. to co-create the world we want to bring into being.
When we create, we are being created 🌀

Step out of linear time for an evening and drop into the creative wisdom of the spiral, the guiding universal pattern of growth and emergence.
A moment to pause, reflect on the season just passed, and set intentions for the season ahead, for both your creativity, your wider life and the world at large.

Join artist Anna Murray of Spirals, Ewan, and BrueCREW volunteers for a gentle, mindful walk along the River Brue around central Bruton. While we walk, we will take time to notice the natural world around us – from signs of the #Brue's recovery, to the quiet influence of our new #beaver neighbours. This will be a chance to connect with watery #nature, slow down to the rivers rhythm, and enjoy some open, relaxed conversation about #mentalhealth, #resilience, and how the #outdoors can support both our #creativity and our #wellbeing

It’s been a while since I’ve been in a studio…
I spent many years in shoots and on set in the first phase of my career as a creative director then co-founding @patternity - so many creative projects and activations that brought much joy ( and big learnings!) sharing the power of pattern interconnectivity with the world.
More recently it’s been a much quieter inward time… connecting to land, community 🕸️ and deepening into creative cycles both personal and collective..
And in the soil seeds have been stirring.. a deeper practice and new offerings are forming and I’m excited to share more in the next months as they continue to expand and evolve 🌱

I was beyond touched by the many beautiful open hearted souls who showed up from all around the 🌎 to Spiral-in with me over the last few months. From New Zealand to Canada, New York, Finland, Spain, Scotland, Slovenia, Somerset, LA, London Las Vegas.. and many more ! 🫶

Together we journeyed into the symbol and frequency of the spiral to support us through times of change - tuning into the collective ripple.

In myriad ways the year of the snake was challenging for many and brought us close to our growth edges..
I’ve designed these sessions to help people to connect back to their centre, dedicated time, held in community to process the learnings of the last year and look ahead with intention - connected to the creative energy of the year ahead.

These rituals are about making time amidst the busyness of life to reflect on what to lovingly let go of.. to release, deepen and prioritise what to bring forward into the next Spiral.

Lately, I’ve been reflecting on the thresholds we cross quietly… The invisible ones between one season and the next, the beginning or ending of a creative project, relationship or career …
One version of self to another.
A new way of being.
Personally. Collectively…
These are transitions we feel in our bones before we understand them in our minds.
To walk a spiral path is to honour these thresholds..
When we don’t know what is around the corner…🌀
To move not forward in straight predictable lines.. but
a deeper truer meandering, an subtle inward remembering.
A trusting..
Every doorway is also a mirror.
Every path, a portal back to our
own becoming. 👁️ 🕸🍄✨
