On Saturday something very special happened at the @hawkswelltheatre
Sligo audiences saw the world premiere of “Murder at Midnight”, a very special youth opera written, designed and performed by a wonderful group of young people.
This project was funded by the @artscouncilireland YPCE Project award and has been ongoing since January of this year, where the young people have been meeting with an inspiration group of adult opera artists to create something magical. We would like to thank the adult artists not only for their hard work but also for their kindness and generosity in going above and beyond to create something magical with these young people.
