Working with Alysa has been nothing but a joy. She is naturally creative, passionate, and incredibly kind, and collaborating with someone who has such a distinctive personal style and expression always makes my work as a hairstylist feel rewarding.
For this look, I was able to use @milbonusa Monochromatic and Signature styling products to build on her existing style while refining the shape by separating the front pieces from the back. This created a clean hime style that helped emphasize the soft yet edgy interpretation of the look.

The Monochromatic Collection is incredibly lightweight and buildable to work on all hair types and textures! I wanted to share some results on how versatile the products are for my clients.
Froth Blowout Foam tamed her frizz and flyaways and left the hair more manageable.
Puff Finishing Paste accentuated lift and body in her style with a soft, airy texture.
Velvet Texturizing Cream defined her curls and gave a nice boost of hydration.

For this soft edgy hime style @alysaxliu and I worked closely to keep the hair soft with a bit of an edge, while emphasizing a clean polish with the @bioionic new Aerogravity Featherlight Dryer, Long Barrel Curling Irons, 10X Styling Iron and @thewetbrush Frizz Free Detangler. The slight tuck behind the ears was an intentional detail that allowed the overall @louisvuitton look to feel balanced and in harmony.
