This project dives deep into the stories inked on skin, captured candidly across Kensington, Brunswick, Fitzroy, and Collingwood. 📍20 people 🌏4 suburbs 🖋Countless unique stories Inspired by Gillian Wearing’s raw honesty and lomography’s candid charm, I asked strangers to reveal their proudest tattoos – art that speaks louder than words. (2025) 📸 Over four days exploring Melbourne’s train stations and tram stops, I captured a striking typology of public posters addressing sexual harassment and anti-social behavior in Victoria. Each image uses bold colors and focused framing to highlight the messages often overlooked in our daily commutes. Inspired by Bernd and Hilla Becher’s systematic style, this series sheds light on how public spaces can be both battlegrounds and voices for change.
