BitterSweet
BitterSweet looks at the dark history of sugar through a religious lens rather than a socioeconomic point of view. By doing so, it reveals the way Europeans treated sugar that went beyond simple greed to a crazed, obsessive worship of this symbol of power, status, and sensory delight. The interactive display serves as a metaphor that while the physicality of sugar can be easily wiped away, the bitter truth of its origins will forever remain in our history.

*Sound On* RUNRUN is a collaboration between Spotify and Nike Run that merge music with movement. The project encourages runners to transform their pace into rhythm, heartbeats syncing with music beats, and turning every beat into a living visual and sonic experience.

Chronos: The Forbidden Calendar is a speculative timekeeping system for angels—beings who do not perceive time linearly. Instead of measuring hours or days, it marks time through acts of human guidance and intervention.

Science Snacks are a collection of “bite-size” experiments that can be done at home or inexpensively. To highlight the concept of illusion, folding techniques were incorporated to play with the viewer’s perception while also revealing bits to spark curiosity. The numbering system is to indicate varying levels of complexity, guiding the audience through each illusion’s challenge.

It marks a pivotal point in Earth’s history where life rapidly diversified and complex ecosystems began to form, laying the foundation for the future evolution of life on the planet. The display font takes its inspiration from the forms of life during that time, mimicking the diverse alien-like forms.
