@ftlutd // so so excited to have the privilege of joining the ownership group at FT LAUDERDALE UNITED. and to invest first hand in the growth of the game in the USA, from our 2000 youth players, up to signing the youngest pro in the league. These are three incredibly dynamic icons. But I think as the older folks on the stage we all will agree this man @diamantblazi is different. His pose, consideration and vision when he answers a question is incredible. And such an indicator of why he’s seeing the success he’s seeing in his life. @adage 40 under 40 // Humbled. At the recognition but moreover at my community who fuels me, teases me, laughs with me and fights with me (both ways haha). Yes there have been a lot of comments about my age, but that might be the biggest compliment of all - that I carry myself, move and lead in a way that feels beyond my year, so much so even that people in the trenches with me every day not only trust me to lead, but are shocked I’m not older. This one is for yall. Cause like I said, it takes a village 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾

SO @bransonschool ASK ME TO WRITE ON ETHICAL LEADERSHIP… RIGHT
This was a journey, not only in the story I was asked to cover, but the writing itself. I have always found writing to be one of the hardest, all encompassing creative endeavors I do (and writing my first book was by far the hardest thing I’ve ever done). It might be my process - but I have to take in all the sources and influences first. Then I kinda write the whole thing in my head before I ever take on that blank page. It’s got to all make sense or I can’t even start. Not sure if this is normal, but it is my normal.
Big thanks to the folks over at Branson, not only the advancement team who thought of me in the first place, but also the students, faculty, alums and head of school who all added to this story. Branson is a special place, and as much as I want to hate (I am a lowkey hater 😡😡👿👿) it really is. Not only the academic space, but the environment, the approach and the special people there across the board. Having this privilege, for free no less, is something I am greatly thankful for. And always big s/o to my parents, esp @andrealawsongray for putting me on a path to be successful.
