*Content warning* ⚠️ What starts as a simple question: is dairy really meant for us? …leads somewhere far more uncomfortable.
In collaboration with @pfa.official , we went inside dairy farms across India to uncover what’s actually behind the milk we’ve normalised. The workers are not to blame. It is us, the consumers, who have created this demand.
Once you see the process… you can’t unsee it.
What to do now?

Towards every birthday, I come back to what my dad taught me when I was young. That the most powerful thing I can do is be still. In that stillness, I remember that I am not separate from anything, that we are all quietly, deeply connected. And in that knowing, to simply be is enough, because to be, fully and present, is to hold love for all beings.
One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learnt is the power of reflection, when done without ego, it creates clarity about both yourself and others.
With that clarity, it becomes essential to protect your energy intentionally, and distance yourself from what drains it. No one else is your competition but you, focus on watering yourself, so you can evolve into your best self.
