Apurva X Pause 🌿
I recently organized PAUSE : a yoga workshop + vegan breakfast and it turned out to be such a wholesome, feel-good morning.
We began with deep hip-opening work, lots of release and a sense of lightness, and then headed together to @pause.mumbai for a 100% plant-based, nourishing meal.
The food was so good, great coffee, delicious toasts and sandwiches, exactly what you want after a good practice :D
But more than that, it was the conversations, the laughter, and simply sitting together that made it special.
For me, it’s never just about teaching. It’s about building a community, getting to know each other, growing together, and becoming better versions of ourselves.
Grateful to @pause.mumbai for hosting us and creating such a beautiful space ❤️
