LAWRAYS Dance Challenge:
The challenge was to create a concept-based dance video as a one-shot. In advance, only the participants, the time frame, the song, and the outfits were determined.

On sunday, May 12th 2025, the team met and had a briefing from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM to discuss the concept and the structure of the video. Individual dancers were assigned to create short choreography sections.

From 11:45 AM to 1:30 PM, the choreographies were created and practiced, and the entire flow was rehearsed. Camera movement was also practiced during this time. Between 1:30 PM and 2:30 PM, the dancers got changed, freshened up, and headed as a team to the filming location.

From 2:30 to 4:00 PM, several takes were recorded. The footage was captured using a camera by
@roblawray for YouTube, and additionally with a smartphone for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.

The video was then edited and finalized from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
The entire process took 6 hours. This challenge is being taken on by various classes and dance styles from the dance school.
